Visit a theater to take in any play, and the star of the show usually becomes obvious within the first few minutes. It's the actor who grabs your attention from the moment the production begins and never lets go. Usually, it's a person... but not always. In the new play "Our House," the star of the play is also one of Minnesota's most unique historic buildings. The Minnesota State Capitol, which recently saw major renovations, is actually the star of the show.

Let me give you an example. Â I listed a home for sale. Â The Sellers planned on moving out of State. Their home was tastefully decorated & staged. Â It showed well. Â We received excellent Feed Back and three very strong offers within the first 45 days of the list date.
Unfortunately, for those Sellers, they did not come to terms with any of those Buyers for various reasons, much to my chagrin.
In any case, they ended up moving to their new location and left the house clean and completely empty. Â
Then the Feed Back that we started receiving from the showings after they moved out was drastically different. Â The Buyers now complained about the floor plan, the carpet, the paint & the size of the kitchen. These were all new complaints that we had not heard when the home was tastefully furnished...
